At North American Recovery we use only experienced, professional collectors who thoroughly understand all the collection options at our disposal. Our collectors are extremely professional in every contact they make, and they will aggressively collect your accounts.
Our methods include telephone calls as well as a series of letters (copies of which are available at your request). When we contact a debtor we do more than just request payment; we demand it.* We inform debtors up front of the consequences of having an account turned over to a collection agency, and what will happen if they don’t resolve the debt right away. This approach, done in a professional manner, produces the best results.
If a debtor refuses or fails to pay, we will take whatever legal action is necessary to collect the account. Our aggressiveness lets you concentrate on your business while we collect your delinquent accounts.
