If our phone calls and letters don’t work or a debtor refuses to pay, we will take the debtor to court to collect. When this happens, we will:
- Go to court only if we know we can collect the account (giving us an 85% recovery rate on legal accounts).
- Use a law firm who specializes in collections and works exclusively for us.
- Pay all legal fees and court costs.
- Do all the preliminary work to prepare for court (less than 1 % of our clients have ever had to testify).
While other collection agencies avoid going to court, we view it as part of our commitment to do whatever it takes to collect your accounts.
