Learn more - Recovery Rate

|
One of the questions people always ask is: "What’s your recovery rate?" While variations in each account’s collectability make it nearly impossible to give a blanket answer, our overall recovery rate is more than double the national average. Our clients will tell you that our excellent recovery rate is one of the major reasons they continually send their accounts to us.
To show you just how good our recovery rate is, we have compiled the following report from the American Collectors Association’s Cost of Operations Survey. (Recovery rate is defined in this report as gross collections divided by total amount assigned.)

Why do we have such a high recovery rate? One reason is that we don’t overload our collectors with more accounts that they can handle. Collectors at other agencies are typically responsible for twice as many accounts. With so many accounts on their desk, they often just "skim" the accounts. It’s not their fault, but they really can’t spend time Skip Tracing or making the extra effort to collect from difficult debtors.
Our philosophy is different. Our collectors are assigned the number of accounts they can effectively work, and this means we spend the time Skip Tracing and working each account for as long as needed. We know that it doesn’t benefit us in the long run to skim your accounts, and since we want to be the only collection agency you ever use, we are going to make sure that every one of your accounts is THOROUGLY worked.
