Collections is so much more than just telling a debtor to pay. If you can’t find a debtor then you can’t collect. Other collection agencies separate skiptracing from collections, but we believe that the best skiptracer is a motivated collector. Our collectors receive extensive, on-going training on skiptracing and each one is an expert at finding people.

Our skiptracing techniques and skills are integral parts of our collection methods. We call neighbors, relatives, landlords and apartment complex managers and the techniques we use produce real results. We find people and then we collect the account. (And all of this is reported to you each month on our Client Status Report. See our section titled Accountability to learn more.)

As mentioned on our Recovery Rate page, we don’t overload collectors with more accounts than they can handle and this means that when they skiptrace they can devote the time needed on each account and find the debtor.
