Daily Audit of Collectors Work
In addition to our extensive initial training, daily training classes, weekly training meetings, and monthly reviews of performance with the owner and general manager, we also audit our collectors' work on a daily basis.What happens is our collection supervisor is responsible for auditing at least three different collectors every day. These audits consist of reviewing all work done on all accounts and selecting specific accounts for an exhaustive analysis. The detailed reviews include an audit of all work notes which lists all collection activity taken on each account, and listening to all calls made on the account. These reviews are an integral part of our success as a company because they allow personalized feedback and attention for every collector. This level of commitment to our collectors is one of the many reasons they perform so well.
