Collection Letters

NORTH AMERICAN RECOVERY's written communications are designed to meet all requirements of both federal and state regulations. All letters sent by NORTH AMERICAN RECOVERY are pre-printed and have been approved by an attorney, who is certified by the ACA (American Collectors Association) to review letters for state and federal compliance. All letters are pre-programmed in our software system and are requested either individually or by groups of debtors when running special collection campaigns or changes in regulations, which affect collection cost, statute of limitations, etc.

Our system simplifies the letter process and maintains a record of all correspondence, which is always available for client review.

Should you desire to run special collection campaigns, NORTH AMERICAN RECOVERY will promptly implement a special letter and incorporate that campaign into our training program and telephone contacts with your debtors.
