NORTH AMERICAN RECOVERY utilizes local attorneys who work exclusively for us as well as a network of nationwide attorneys that can process the accounts that you approve for litigation. NORTH AMERICAN RECOVERY will manage the process and make sure that the attorney firm has all the necessary information to proceed with legal action. NORTH AMERICAN RECOVERY will also perform asset searches and other vital information to help our clients decide on whether to pursue particular accounts through the court system, as well as execute on judgments. If our phone calls and letters do not work, or a debtor refuses to pay, upon your approval we will take the debtor to court to collect. When this happens, we will:
  • Go to court only if we know we can collect the account (giving us an 85% recovery rate on legal accounts)
  • Use a law firm that specializes in collections and works exclusively for us
  • Pay all legal fees and court costs
  • Do all the preliminary work to prepare for court (less than 1% of our clients have ever had to testify)
While many collection agencies avoid going to court, we view it as part of our commitment to do whatever it takes to collect your accounts.
