Contractual Requirements
North American Recovery will review all collection procedures with respect to any requirements related to our contract with you. A sales representative will be personally responsible for assuring our compliance with the contract. We will immediately modify any aspect of our proposed implementation plan if you do believe it is not in strict compliance.
